PuddleMat is run by Emma at puddlemat.shop. This explains what we collect and why.

  • Details you give us when you order or write in: name, email, shipping address, and payment information. Payment is handled by Shopify Payments, and we don't store full card numbers.
  • Information collected automatically as you browse: device, pages viewed, and similar analytics data, through cookies and similar tools.

Why we use it

  • To process and ship your order, answer your messages, prevent fraud, and improve the store.
  • To send the email or SMS you've opted into. You can unsubscribe any time.
  • To measure and run advertising.

Who we share it with

  • Shopify, our store and checkout platform, and our payment processor.
  • Any email or SMS provider we use to send messages you've opted into.
  • Meta, TikTok, and Google, to measure and serve ads using cookies and pixels on our site.
  • Our shipping and fulfillment partners, to deliver your order.
  • Anyone we are legally required to share with.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies for the cart, analytics, and advertising. You can control cookies in your browser, and where required we ask for your consent through the cookie banner.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete your data, or unsubscribe from marketing, by writing emma@puddlemat.shop.

Retention

We keep order records as long as needed for the order, taxes, and legal duties.
