Products and pricing
The product page is accurate: the PuddleMat you receive matches what is described and shown there. Sizes are Small 60 × 40 cm, Medium 80 × 70 cm, and Large 90 × 80 cm. Screens vary, so a color may look slightly different in person. Prices and availability can change.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example a pricing error or an out-of-stock item, and we'll refund you in full if we do.
Payment and shipping
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and our Refund Policy for returns.
Health information
Our pages and emails include general information about senior-dog care. This is not veterinary advice and not a diagnosis. PuddleMat is a washable pad, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always talk to your vet about your dog's health.
Our content
The PuddleMat name, written content, and images are ours. Please don't reuse them without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
The Stay-Flat Promise (product warranty)
In addition to our 30-day satisfaction returns, every PuddleMat is warranted against backing failure for 30 days from delivery. If the LockSeal backing peels, delaminates, cracks, or stops lying flat under normal household use within that period, email a photo to emma@puddlemat.shop and we will replace the mat free of charge. You do not need to return the original. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the backing and does not cover damage from chewing, cutting, bleach, or commercial or industrial laundering.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, email emma@puddlemat.shop first and we'll work in good faith to resolve it. These terms don't take away any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws where you live.
